In Times where we can not escape toxic elements anymore, it is important to have some ways to reduce the damage. Anthony William is world wide known as medium concerning health and healing foods. The community of followers all over the world is big, and the holiday places with an open mind to adapt there kitchen small. We love challenges in our kitchen, it only makes our experiences and knowledge richer, so we like to meet this need.
Besides our kitchen we also do a lot of effort to do things in an ecological way: our mattresses, bed linen, homemade soaps, homemade cleaning products, homemade washing products are all natural and organic. This all to reduce our toxic intake from the base.

Discover our retreats under the provencial sun!
Abriecosy is an ecolodge with the mission to heal and to connect with the inner self. In order to do this we want to clear ourselves of toxins, reconnect to our senses to become more aware, discover ourselves back in the original sense. The retreat programs take place in our healing house ANAMAYA. By pumping purified air inside, sacred drawings and healing sounds we try to create an environment where the body goes in deep relaxation. Therapies help to enforce this process.
The detox program comes in two sizes (4 days and 6 days duration). You are guided in a gentle fast with two fresh juices a day. The idea is to detox your liver, kidneys, colon and mind. This is supported by gentle movement-, massage- and aroma therapies and a peaceful environment.
The sensing program is about getting in contact with your senses again. You will experience one sense a day in a deeper conscious level. You go home more open and aware with all your senses.
